Purified water system – TSA is an advanced closed-loop recirculation systems for sustainable operations feature optional automation of sanitization and sterilization processes.
High purity water treatment solutions are available in various models, with flow rates ranging from 200 liters per hour (0.2 cubic meters per hour) to 20,000 liters per hour (20 cubic meters per hour). These systems are designed for water and energy efficiency through recycling and can perform either full or partial heat sanitization. Technologies included are softening, reverse osmosis, and continuous electrode-ionization.
All units are mounted on skids and comply with USFDA 21 CFR part 11 and GAMP 5 standards, including validation, Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), and test facilities. Operational and maintenance contracts, along with plant spares, are also offered to ensure seamless operations.
