CONE MILL-INORA

Cone milling is one of the most common methods of milling in the pharmaceutical, food, chemical and associated industries. They are typically used for size reduction and deagglomeration or delumping of powders and granules. Generally used for reducing material to a particle size as low as 180µm (80 mesh) a cone mill produces less dust and heat than alternative forms of milling. The gentle grinding action and quick discharge of correctly sized particles ensure tight particle size distributions (PSDs) are achieved. Cone mill can be used for both wet granulation & dry granulation.

ROCKING MIXER- INORA

The rocking mixer is designed for powder and granule mixing in pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, and traditional medicine. It ensures uniform blending of powders and granules with lubricants, binders, or flavoring oils. Key features include easy cleaning, high precision, mixing ratio up to 1/10.000, with safety railing and interlock system.

Roller Compactor

ROLLER COMPACTOR- INORA

Roller compactor is an advanced device that integrates three functions: compression, milling, and granulation, providing an optimal solution for the production process without the need for water or solvents. This simplifies the granulation process by eliminating the drying step, ensuring high stability of the granules and excellent flowability, making them ideal for tablet compression or capsule filling. By enhancing the density, specific gravity, and quality of granules, the machine also offers additional features such as a vibration sifter for re-granulating undersized granules and an automatic suction conveyor to save labor costs. It is an ideal choice for the pharmaceutical, food, and chemical industries.

Spray drying is a method of forming a dry powder from a liquid or slurry by rapidly drying with a hot gas. This is the preferred method of drying of many thermally-sensitive materials such as foods and pharmaceuticals, or materials which may require extremely consistent, fine particle size. A spray dryer is a type of industrial machinery used to turn liquids into powders or granules. This whole thing is done in a single step. The liquid is atomized into tiny droplets, and the moisture is subsequently removed by drying the droplets in a hot air stream. Spray drying solution is usually used for dairy powders, food ingredients, pharmaceuticals, instant coffee and chemicals. INORA provide high efficiency spray drying systems designed for quick evaporation, minimizing thermal degradation, and ensuring consistent product quality.
