OPERATION
- Carton Loading: Cartons are loaded into the machine’s channel, picked up by vacuum cups, and transferred to rotating pockets that move linearly over the bottom closing unit, which closes the carton bottoms.
- Product Insertion: Operators manually insert products into the cartons.
- Carton Sealing: Filled cartons proceed to the top closing unit, where the tops are sealed before being released onto the conveyor.
BOTTLE FEEDING ATTACHMENT
- Bottles placed on a turntable are moved to a rotating star plate.
- Simultaneously, cartons arrive from the loader on the conveyor.
- The star plate drops bottles directly into the cartons.
- If a carton is absent on the moving conveyor, the star plate holds the bottle, and the machine can be stopped to prevent errors.
