PILOT FREEZE-DRYERS
Model: Pilot Freeze-dryers LP03 / LP10 / LP20 / LP30
Manufacturer: iLShinBioBase
Origin: South Korea
Freeze-Drying Process
- Loading process: Samples are loaded into the drying chamber.
- Primary freezing: Samples are rapidly cooled to a low temperature (typically -40°C) to ensure complete freezing.
- Primary drying: Water in the sample sublimates directly from solid to vapor under low vacuum pressure.
- Secondary drying (optional): If necessary, an additional drying step can be performed to remove any remaining water in the sample.
Process Control
Manual control: Users input the conditions and parameters for each stage of the process. The process ends after manual verification is completed.
Automatic control: The system automatically adjusts the parameters based on the selected formula. The process ends when the system confirms the drying is complete.
Features
- IoT Remote Monitoring Service: 24/7 process monitoring via smartphones and manufacturer’s server. Real-time diagnostics and data storage.
- Proactive service: Monitor and adjust the process via a smartphone app. Reports issues to management and allows remote corrective actions.
- Laboratory data monitoring: Tracks parameters such as temperature, pressure, and alarms.
- Support for various shelf sizes and applications: Bulk caps, vial caps, etc.
- Efficient cooling system: Saves energy and reduces operating costs.
- TFT LCD Screen: 7” touchscreen for easy analysis, with AI monitoring all events.
- Data recorder: Monitors time and displays parameters such as condenser temperature and vacuum level.
