The Unopex B 230 spray dryer is a state-of-the-art pilot-scale device designed to meet the spray drying needs of various industries such as food, pharmaceuticals, and cosmetics. With a maximum evaporation capacity of 6 kg/h and an inlet air temperature of up to 250°C, the machine ensures high efficiency and production flexibility.

The vacuum tray dryer (VTD) is specially designed for drying heat-sensitive materials that are easily decomposed, polymerized, or deteriorated at higher temperatures. The machine also supports sterilization before the drying process, ensuring that no contaminants enter the product. With a static vacuum drying mechanism, the VTD prevents any damage to the structure of the drying materials. This makes it widely applicable in industries such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, and food processing. It is a box-shaped batch dryer, loaded and unloaded via a door (larger models feature two doors for better accessibility). Vacuum tray dryers are ideal for drying high-grade, temperature-sensitive, and oxygen-sensitive products. They are particularly suited for drying hygroscopic substances that need to be dried to very low moisture content and are also effective for lumpy, glutinous, or low-porosity products.
