Spectroscopy
The FluoTime 250 is a compact and flexible table-top fluorescence spectrometer designed for applications in life sciences, materials science, and photochemistry. It integrates complete optics and electronics for recording various photoluminescence processes with high spectral and temporal resolution using Time-Correlated Single Photon Counting (TCSPC) or Multichannel Scaling (MCS). The system is filter-based but can be equipped with an additional monochromator for UV-Vis applications, and it supports PicoQuant's picosecond pulsed light sources. All components are fully controlled by the EasyTau 2 software, which offers three operation modes: Wizard mode (step-by-step guidance), Customized mode (full parameter control), and Scripting mode (automated measurements). The latest version, EasyTau 2.3, supports integration with Prima and Taiko PDL M1 light sources.

The High-End Photoluminescence Spectrometer is a versatile system designed for both steady-state and time-resolved measurements (TCSPC, MCS), featuring a fully automated design with precise timing control from picoseconds to seconds. It offers exceptional sensitivity with a >32,000:1 water Raman signal-to-noise ratio and supports both additive and subtractive emission monochromator modes. The system is highly modular and upgradeable, with available options including micro-photoluminescence for combining microscopy and spectroscopy, an integrating sphere for absolute quantum yield measurements, and versatile sample holders for liquids and solids. The intuitive EasyTau 2 software ensures streamlined acquisition and analysis, while the newly added Class 1 laser safety enclosure provides enhanced user protection.
