EXTRACTION UNIT – UNOPEX E10

Model: Unopex E 10 Extraction Unit

Manufacturer: Unopex

Origin: Turkey

Operation

The raw material is filled into the extractor and extracted with solvents ethanol and/or water. The solvent can be pre-heated and continuously re-heated during percolation. After the extraction cycle the liquid extract is filtered and pumped to the integrated evaporator for concentration. The residual liquid is sucked off from the wet cake by applying vacuum and the final cake is discharged easily from the extractor by opening the bottom cover.

Key Features

  • User-Friendly Interface: Equipped with a touchscreen panel and user-friendly software for monitoring and operating the entire extraction process.
  • Efficient Process Management: Ensures optimal contact between the raw material and extraction mediums, supports easy filling and emptying, and allows for solvent circulation in both directions.
  • High-Quality Extraction: Provides quick extraction times and high-quality extracts with capabilities to concentrate under vacuum and integrated filtration for clear results.
  • Ease of Maintenance: Simple design for easy cleaning and inspection, maintaining optimal performance with minimal effort.
  • Innovative Design: Includes features like quick residue discharge, trend display of process parameters, and a space-saving design.
