Software
By integrating automation solutions with pharmaceutical freeze-drying processes, Dara-Lyo has developed a reliable, safe, and user-friendly system for process monitoring and data management.
Within this product range, process data recording and recipe adjustment play a particularly important role. This allows users to define, develop, and establish suitable parameters aimed at achieving efficient future production while optimizing the performance of freeze-dried products.
All automation and control solutions are designed in accordance with current GMP guidelines and comply with 21 CFR Part 11 regulations.
Remote Access and Connectivity
All of our pilot equipment is integrated with SCADA software through the HMI interface for monitoring, control, and data acquisition purposes.
Through connectivity tools, users can monitor cycle status, review relevant process data, and access production history from authorized computers or devices.
For facilities operating multiple units, the monitoring platform enables centralized information management and supports more efficient workflow organization, thereby improving production management performance.
In addition, our technical team can provide remote support — upon prior customer authorization — to diagnose and resolve issues, reducing response time and minimizing unnecessary travel.
These features complement the direct operation via the equipment’s HMI touchscreen, ensuring safe and reliable operational control.
SCADA Software
Users
Allows user registration and access-level management directly through the HMI interface. This can also be performed from an external computer.
Recipe Programming
Allows freeze-drying recipe parameters to be entered through the control screen. This option can also be configured from an external computer.
Any modifications to recipes or equipment parameters are recorded in the Audit Trail system.
Data Export
All recorded data is reflected in the cycle report, ensuring maximum process reliability and repeatability while complying with 21 CFR Part 11 requirements.
Some key features include:
— Centralized process records with direct audit traceability.
— Data Integrity compliance through data encryption mechanisms.
— Report generation for process traceability and alarm management.
— Optional alarm notifications via email.
— Cycle data can be exported through USB ports, external storage devices, or customer internal folders via LAN network.
