Extraction Systems
The SFC (Supercritical Fluid Chromatography) system is used for the extraction and purification of compounds. It utilizes supercritical CO₂ to efficiently separate compounds, especially hydrophobic and chiral (optical isomer) compounds. This system is suitable for pharmaceuticals, food, cosmetics, chemicals, and many other industries.
Material Testing
The TX-700 Texture Analyzer is an instrument for measuring the strength and mechanical properties of material samples in both compression and tension modes. It features a 7’’ color touchscreen, supports multiple interchangeable load sensors ranging from 10N to 500N, and provides high accuracy (±0.5% FS) with flexible speeds (0.1–10 mm/s). The device offers various test modes such as compression, tension, relaxation, TPA cycles, and penetration. It allows data storage and export via USB, as well as PC and printer connectivity. Equipped with an integrated adjustable tray and a wide range of probes and optional accessories, it is ideal for research and quality control in food, pharmaceutical, and material applications.
Material Testing
The TX-900 Texture Analyzer is a device designed for compression and tension testing, equipped with a 7’’ color touchscreen, high accuracy, and a wide speed range (0.1–10 mm/s), with an integrated PT100 temperature probe. It supports multiple test modes (compression, tension, relaxation, TPA cycles, penetration…), allows data storage & USB export, features an adjustable tray, and offers various interchangeable probes and accessories. Microbiology Equipment
TubeFiller TF3000 is designed to reduce repetitive manual filling of any format laboratory racked tubes.Based on its dedicated function to fill "any tubes in any rack" the design includes a very stable filling arm with 2 side rails for best position recovery, precise XY position axes, an easy manual height adjustment, and an integrated pump to cover the standard microbiology filling range. No need for an additional pump for standard applications. Especially appreciated by our customers; under the tubes there is stainless steel only! Easy to clean, no rims or gaps and therefore Microbiology friendly and optimal for Food-, Pharma- or Cosmetic- Lab environments.
The inline pasteurization and sterilization HT220DSI system integrates both direct and indirect heating methods with high automation capabilities, easily controlled via a touch screen. The system operates through three stages: sterilization (SIP) at 121°C for 20 minutes, production with stable temperature, and automatic cleaning (CIP). Key applications include dairy products, plant-based products, functional beverages, and other products. Its design optimizes dead volume and installation space while ensuring safety, convenience, and easy cleaning with the integrated CIP process.
UHT System
