DIFFERENTIAL SCANNING CALORIMETER DSC-40AE – ZEAL

The DSC-40AE is a high-performance thermal analyzer based on the tower-type heat flux principle, designed to accurately measure heat flow differences between a sample and a reference material under precisely controlled temperature programs. With milligram-scale samples, the instrument provides reliable and accurate analysis of essential thermal properties, including specific heat capacity, glass transition temperature (Tg), melting point, enthalpy of fusion, reaction heat of thermosetting plastics, curing kinetics, and gel conversion rates.

DIFFERENTIAL SCANNING CALORIMETER DSC-40BE – ZEAL

The DSC-40BE is a conventional Differential Scanning Calorimeter (DSC) based on the heat flux principle, designed for accurate thermal analysis of various materials. The instrument measures the difference in heat flow between a sample and a reference material as a function of temperature or time under controlled heating conditions. With only milligram-level sample quantities required, the DSC-40BE provides comprehensive thermal characterization, including enthalpy, melting point, crystallization temperature, glass transition temperature (Tg), specific heat capacity, purity, oxidation induction time (OIT), thermal stability, and Arrhenius kinetic parameters. The DSC-40BE is suitable for research, quality control, material characterization, and thermal stability studies across a wide range of applications.

This digital handheld refractometer DHR by SCHMIDT + HAENSCH allows for rapid, on-site measurements of liquid substances with high or low viscosity. The full view of the LCD screen of the DHR displays reliable results with high precision (five digits) in 2 seconds. SCHMIDT + HAENSCH’s DHR can be used in agriculture, e.g. to determine the point of harvest, or in the automotive industry, e.g. to analyze antifreeze.

The fully automatic digital polarimeter Unipol V is especially designed for chemical applications. It can also be used for purity analysis of food and beverage as well as cosmetics. The resolution of UniPol V conforms to the European and American Pharmacopeia. GLP/GMP conform data can be directly printed or transferred to your PC. In conjunction with the SCHMIDT + HAENSCH Software AQUISYS 3, all requirements of 21 CFR Part 11 conformity are fulfilled.

Many of the main causes of OOS dissolution tests and qualification failures are related to media deaeration and dispensing. The ezfill+, with method controlled automated deaeration and dispensing, makes media preparation simple and error free. Reports that include method parameters and user information allow tracking your media preparation as part of a complete data integrity solution. All made possible on a stand-alone basis by a built-in controller using a brilliant touch screen. The unique compact design and optional mobile cart lets one easily move the unit from bath to bath, while the available remote dispensing nozzle allows directly filling vessels in place. The ezfill+ is compatible with most dissolution baths on the market.

The Distek Model 2500 RTD Dissolution System offers great flexibility and configurability. It can be configured as USP Apparatus 1, 2, 5, and 6, plus intrinsic dissolution. The extensive user, method, and reporting storage capabilities are enabled by a brilliant touchscreen. Patented wireless temperature sensors continuously monitor and display the in-vessel temperature for each vessel. Unparalleled control of the instrument plus automatic storage of component serial numbers and automatic qualification reminders make the Model 2500 RTD robust and reliable enough for QC applications yet flexible enough for R&D use.

The Distek Model 2500 Select Bathless Dissolution System is the culmination of three generations of patented bathless technology with extremely short media heating times and dramatically smaller energy use. The system offers great flexibility and configurability. It can be configured as USP Apparatus 1, 2, 5, and 6 plus intrinsic dissolution. Patented wireless temperature sensors continuously monitor and display the in-vessel temperature for each vessel. Unparalleled control of the instrument plus automatic storage of component serial numbers and automatic qualification reminders make the Model 2500 Select robust and reliable enough for QC applications yet flexible enough for R&D use.
