The Distek Eclipse 5300 Automated Dissolution Sampler provides fast and accurate sampling via precision syringe pumps. By removing valves and rotary pumps and optimizing the sample pathway with a minimal 4.5 mL internal volume, reliability is enhanced and sample carryover is minimized. For economical sampling from two dissolution baths, a more affordable ‘child’ sampler can be added, allowing both baths to run identical or separate methods. Additionally, the optional integrated filter changer replaces tedious manual filtering, and saves space compared to standalone automated filtering units.

Conductivity detection is ideally suited to inorganic reduction/oxidation reaction, proton exchange, metal ligand binding and micelle formation from surfactants. Conductivity can bring complementary information to absorbance meaning the simultaneous acquisition of two signals is possible.

The EOLO digital air jet sieve shaker has been specially designed for dry granulometric testing, for fine particles from 5 microns in size (from 0.005 to 4 mm). It offers fast, effective sieving thanks to the flow of the product obtained forced by a current of air which forces the particles through the sieve. This effect is obtained using an industrial vacuum which maintains constant depression.
