Track & Trace
TQS‑CP‑Bottle is a compact semi-automatic system for 360° code inspection and aggregation of pharmaceutical bottles after labelling. The unit uses a 360° camera ring to verify code readability and rejects faulty products. Valid bottles are grouped for carton packing, after which a label is printed and verified with a handheld scanner.
TQS-LI is a solution for label printing and inspection prior to application onto products. The process can be performed manually or through a label dispensing system. Labels are unrolled, printed, and then inspected using a high-resolution camera. Comprehensive label verification and printing ensure maximum process reliability: the camera inspects the print quality of the printed image and reads barcodes, text, and graphics. If an error is detected, the label is either invalidated or removed from the liner. Labels that pass inspection are rewound. All system components are easily controlled via the touchscreen interface.
TQS-HC-A adopts the convenient features of TQS-SP in terms of product management and serialisation, expanding them with a final completeness check by means of weight. Optional modules integrate the functionalities of our compact Tamper-Evident technology and country-specific vignette applicator.
TQS-SP is a user-friendly solution for the serialisation of individual cartons. The folding boxes are conveyed by a specially designed, double guided top/bottom belt conveyor that ensures stable positioning after leaving the cartoner.
TQS-CP stands for the successful semi-automatic aggregation of manually repacked folding boxes. It lets you conveniently assign units from a lower level (folding box or bundle) to a higher packaging level (shipment carton).
