The 2-Zone Cold and Hot Shock Test Chamber is engineered to simulate extreme temperature shifts by rapidly transferring test samples between hot and cold environments. With a robust stainless-steel build, high-efficiency cooling system, and automated basket movement, it ensures precise and repeatable stress testing. Ideal for industries like aerospace, automotive, and electronics, it helps evaluate product durability under the harshest thermal conditions.

This instrument measures how effectively a fabric can block harmful ultraviolet (UV) radiations of the sun. This test is often used for fabrics where UV protection is necessary for human health. This is usually measured by textiles’ Ultraviolet Protection Coefficient/Factor (UPF). Sports clothing, Outdoor gear, and Umbrellas need UV testing because of their direct exposure to sunlight, which can cause color fade, skin damage, and other health issues. This tester measures both UVA and UVB-type rays. A fabric with a higher UPF value is considered good for protection.

Abrasion and Pilling are the most common fabric problems faced by end users. They are caused by pill or beads forming and degrading. These problems are mostly seen in used garments. Before manufacturing garments, fabrics are tested for their change in appearance and performance. This helps the manufacturer meet the required resistance for garments. The YG(B) 401T Martindale Abrasion Tester measures fabric wear and tear and appearance change. Separate methods and different machine settings are used for pilling and abrasion. Fabric is evaluated by change of appearance and difference in weight.

Built for both precision and ease of use, the FX40 is the ideal solution for nanoscale imaging and analysis.

Park NX10 is a flagship atomic force microscope (AFM) designed for small-sample research, delivering unmatched accuracy, reliability, and ease of use. As Park Systems’ original small-sample AFM, it has earned global recognition in both academic and industrial laboratories for producing precise, repeatable nanoscale measurements. At the core of the NX10 are Park’s proprietary orthogonal scan system and True Non-contact™ mode, innovations that virtually eliminate lateral motion artifacts while protecting both tip and sample. Together, these technologies ensure artifact-free, high-resolution imaging even for the most delicate or challenging samples. From materials science to polymers and bioengineering, NX10 delivers robust performance and dependable results, making it a trusted platform for advanced nanoscale metrology.

The Y(B) 802K-II Automatic Fast Eight-basket Constant Temperature Oven is a high-performance laboratory oven system designed to measure the moisture regain and heat treatment of textile samples. The oven operates by placing the sample in each basket, which ensures airflow around each sample, giving uniform and absolute drying and heating. Built-in Digital control panel allows users to preset the temperature and time. The precise heating system and temperature sensors continuously monitor the heating system to calibrate in real time. After completing the testing, samples are removed, and the oven stops automatically.
