The SCHMIDT + HAENSCH Polartronic® V is the fully automatic, allrounder instrument amongst the polarimeters. With continuous, speedy measurement, it combines high resolution and highly accurate and reproducible measuring results over the whole measuring range.

The OmniaTap system is the choice when a small amount of both pure and ultrapure water is needed. It combines a compact size with high flexibility and can be directly connected to a tap water source. The standard OptiFill dispenser allows for one-handed operation of the system and monitors all quality parameters.

PURE STEAM GENERATION SYSTEM – TSA

 Pure steam generators (PSG) represent a unique purification system that not only surpasses all steam quality tests but also delivers enhanced performance and energy savings. The Pure Steam Generator features a sleek mechanical construction in SS 316L. All contact parts are electropolished to less than 0.4 RA microns, and the joints are orbitally welded with video-boroscope. The system is pre-passivated and offers high flexibility with a variable production capacity of up to 80% without the need for additional plant modifications. As is typical with all TSA technology, enhanced performance and energy savings are guaranteed. Pure Steam Generators are available in various models with flow rates ranging from 50 to 1500 kgs per hour and comply with USFDA 21 CFR part 11 and GAMP 5 standards. Options such as double tube sheeting, pre-heaters, and exchangers are available.  

SuperGran® is a cutting-edge wet granulation technology designed to overcome challenges in traditional granulators, such as non-linear scalability, long processing times, inconsistent granulation, and high energy consumption. The SCHMIDT + HAENSCH electronic reflectance-meter for automatic color grading of crystalline sugar according to recommendations of ICUMSA, method GS2-11 (1994) and GS2-13 (1994). With this instrument the reflectance factors at 495 nm and 620 nm are measured and the ratio is indicated in terms of color type numbers. The consistent use of high integrated circuits, very little heating, and easily detachable lighting unit ensure that the Saccharoflex 2020 is a reliable and easily maintainable measurement system which corresponds to the high SCHMIDT + HAENSCH quality standard. Ceramic calibration standards are also available.
