PURE STEAM GENERATION SYSTEM – TSA

 Pure steam generators (PSG) represent a unique purification system that not only surpasses all steam quality tests but also delivers enhanced performance and energy savings. The Pure Steam Generator features a sleek mechanical construction in SS 316L. All contact parts are electropolished to less than 0.4 RA microns, and the joints are orbitally welded with video-boroscope. The system is pre-passivated and offers high flexibility with a variable production capacity of up to 80% without the need for additional plant modifications. As is typical with all TSA technology, enhanced performance and energy savings are guaranteed. Pure Steam Generators are available in various models with flow rates ranging from 50 to 1500 kgs per hour and comply with USFDA 21 CFR part 11 and GAMP 5 standards. Options such as double tube sheeting, pre-heaters, and exchangers are available.

PURIFIED WATER SYSTEM – TSA

 Purified water system – TSA is an advanced closed-loop recirculation systems for sustainable operations feature optional automation of sanitization and sterilization processes. High purity water treatment solutions are available in various models, with flow rates ranging from 200 liters per hour (0.2 cubic meters per hour) to 20,000 liters per hour (20 cubic meters per hour). These systems are designed for water and energy efficiency through recycling and can perform either full or partial heat sanitization. Technologies included are softening, reverse osmosis, and continuous electrode-ionization. All units are mounted on skids and comply with USFDA 21 CFR part 11 and GAMP 5 standards, including validation, Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), and test facilities. Operational and maintenance contracts, along with plant spares, are also offered to ensure seamless operations.
