Dara-Lyo’s pilot freeze dryer range is designed with durability equivalent to production-scale equipment, enabling the development and optimization of lyophilization processes at the highest level. Manufactured entirely from stainless steel, these freeze dryers can be fully installed in cleanroom environments. Our LyoLab pilot freeze dryer features an AISI-316L stainless steel chamber with a capacity of up to 9,000 vials and a condenser capable of holding up to 40 kg of ice. The unit can also be equipped with a stoppering system using a movable shelf, along with various other customizable options upon request. Control and precision in the freeze-drying process were the goals set during the development of LyoLab.
