Esco Healthcare’s Containment Barrier Isolator – Turbulent Model (CBI-T) is designed to provide isolation of the product or process involving potent powder compounds. It operates in a turbulent airflow regime and facilitates the required environment for powder handling processes like weighing and dispensing. As a containment isolator, the CBI-T operates in a negative pressure mode and provides filtered air into the work chamber. It facilitates the mixing and dilution of airborne contaminants, thus reducing the concentration within the environment. Air from the work chamber is then exhausted through the exhaust filter system.
Containment Barrier Isolator - Unidirectional (CBI-U) utilizes unidirectional/laminar airflow and facilitates the isolation of a product or process while providing the required conditions (ISO Class 5/ Grade A Environment) for a sterile/aseptic environment. This equipment provides a comprehensive range of personnel, product, and environmental protection. It is factory-configured to operate at positive or negative pressure in single pass or recirculating airflow. The type of application dictates the operating parameters (pressure/airflow) of the CBI-U.
Containment Barrier Isolator - Convertible Class III/Class I Biosafety Cabinet (CBI-H) builds on Esco Healthcare’s success of CBI-III. It allows operators to work via a removable glove visor to convert the cabinet and function as a Class III or a Class I Biosafety Cabinet as per EN 12469 standards. In BSC Class III mode, the operator works through a glove port attached to a removable panel. It can be converted to a BSC Class I by removing the closure panel and attaching a blanking plate over the inlet HEPA filter.

COUNTERFLOW SUPERCRITICAL CO2 EXTRACTION SYSTEM F-1000-SUPEREX
This supercritical CO₂ extraction system is designed for efficient extraction from liquid samples, with automatic pressure and temperature control, ensuring optimal performance and precision. All surfaces in contact with food are made of stainless steel, ensuring hygiene and preventing microbial attachment. Furnace
The cupellation furnace is a specialized device with a sturdy design and the capability for 24/7 continuous operation. Insulated with refractory bricks (23/26), the furnace features a Silicon Carbide chamber that protects the heating elements, especially in PR-C and HC models. With an operating temperature range from 1000ºC to 1500ºC, it is suitable for various applications.

Refractometer
This digital handheld refractometer DHR by SCHMIDT + HAENSCH allows for rapid, on-site measurements of liquid substances with high or low viscosity. The full view of the LCD screen of the DHR displays reliable results with high precision (five digits) in 2 seconds. SCHMIDT + HAENSCH’s DHR can be used in agriculture, e.g. to determine the point of harvest, or in the automotive industry, e.g. to analyze antifreeze.
Polarimeter
The fully automatic digital polarimeter Unipol V is especially designed for chemical applications. It can also be used for purity analysis of food and beverage as well as cosmetics. The resolution of UniPol V conforms to the European and American Pharmacopeia. GLP/GMP conform data can be directly printed or transferred to your PC. In conjunction with the SCHMIDT + HAENSCH Software AQUISYS 3, all requirements of 21 CFR Part 11 conformity are fulfilled.
